CASE No 19: June 27th2003
Woman aged 50, underwent a modified mastectomy after an FNA diagnosis of cancer.
Gross Findings
A mostly circumscribed tumor of 4,5cm was found in the upper outer quadrant of the breast.The cut surface was microcystic with greatest cyst diameter 0,5cm. Sixteen axillary lymph nodes were also excised.
